I had the pleasure of working with Convert Construction Ltd on a side return
extension, renovation and extension of our kitchen, three bathrooms, attic,
basement and overall refurbishment of the property. I can recommend the CCL

works, they made every effort to execute each task with care and precision. The
team worked extremely hard at each stage of the renovations and made an effort
to leave the house as clean as possible, ensuring dust and mess were kept to an

My project involved the full renovation of a 4 bedroom Victorian ‘Lion House in a
conservation area and included aloft conversion, side return, reconfiguration of
the ground and first floors, new bathrooms, new kitchen, as well as completely
redecorating the property. The quality of workmanship from start to finish were
extremely high and I regularly receive comments to that effect
from visitors to the
house. Throughout the work, CCL were straightforward to deal with, tidy,
considerate with my neighbours and offered numerous helpful design solutions
along the way. In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your
building project. In fact, they are currently completing a project for a friend on
my recommendation.

I have been doing many real estate refurbishment projects over the years. I am usually reserved with recommendations. I am very detailed and Germanic with regards to finishing quality and Convert Construction has clearly met my high standards / expectations in that regard. Marek and his team are truly outstanding professionals and incredibly courteous individuals across the team. I have since recommended Marek and his team to many of my friends and even colleagues which is always a "risk" when things go wrong. I have only received very positive feedback even when problems occurred because problems do inevitably occur during building works. They just deal with it. I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Marek and his team to anybody who wants to commission building works. Convert Construction will for sure not be the cheapest quote (not the most expensive either) you will receive but, like I have learned throughout the years doing refurbishments, "cheap" is expensive at the end and I therefore go from the beginning for quality and a fair price.
